1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Komunalna Street And Pendereckiego Street, Along With Marking The Bicycle Path Along Ul. Komunalna On The Section From Ul. Nowodąbrowska To Ul. Penderecki. The Task Will Include, Among Others: 1) Execution Of Works Related To The Bicycle Path, I.E. Construction Of A Bituminous Surface With Structural Layers, 2) Execution Of Works Related To The Pedestrian Path, I.E. Construction Of A Paving Stone Surface With Construction Layers, 3) Laying A Cable Line, 4) Installation Of 8 Pole Stands And Installation Of 9 Street Lighting Fixtures In The Intersection Area, 5) Installation Of A Current Protection Cabinet For The Lighting Circuit In The Existing Cabinet Street, 6) Developing A Project And Introducing A Temporary Organization Of Road Traffic Along With Securing And Marking The Area And Updating It During Construction Depending On Current Needs, 7) Preparing A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory (In A Traditional Version - Paper - 2 Copies And In An Electronic Version) With A Clause Accepting Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation To The Center, 8) Introducing A Permanent Organization Of Road Traffic In The Area Of The Intersection And The Bicycle Path Along Ul. Komunalna On The Section From Ul. Nowodąbrowska To Ul. Pendereckiego, 9) Restoring The Surface Of Sidewalks And Green Areas (Green Areas, Lawns) After Completion Of The Works. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes 1 And 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
