The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Parachute And Glider Training Services For Students Of The General Aviation Secondary School In Dęblin.2. The Proceedings Are Marked With The Reference Number: 9/26/P.3. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into Three (3) Independent Tasks: The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, Which Means That The Contractor May Submit An Offer For The Full Scope Of One Or Two Or Three Tasks (Parts) Of The Order. Each Complete Task Is Part Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer For All Or Selected Task (Part) Of The Order. Each Task (Part) Of The Order Will Be Assessed Separately. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Specified In Individual Tasks Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Public Procurement Law 3.1. Task I - Theoretical And Practical Parachute Training For A Maximum Of 53 (Fifty-Three) Students Of The General Aviation Secondary School In Dęblin (After Completing The Second Grade Of A 4-Year High School) In Accordance With The Parachute Training Program Approved By The President Of The Civil Aviation Office For The Parachute Jumper Qualification Certificate Consisting Of:• Theoretical Training - 8 Hours (Eight Hours) - Ending With An Internal Examination And Issuing Certificate Of Completion Of Parachute Training: Theory (Theoretical Parachute Course), Entitling To Practical Training; • Practical Training - Including 5 (Five) Parachute Jumps Using The Landing Rope Method (From 800 - 1500 M Agl) In Accordance With The Training Program Approved By The President Of The Civil Aviation Office; • Theoretical And Practical Training Should Take Place In 4 (Four) Training Groups (53 People): I-13, Ii-13, Iii-13, Iv-14 People Each For A Period Of Up To 6 (Six) Days. In The Event Of Unfavorable Weather Conditions That Make It Impossible To Conduct Practical Training Within 5 (Five) Days, It Is Possible To Extend The Duration Of Practical Training For Each Group. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Students Participating In The Training As A Result Of Fortuitous Circumstances Which, Despite The Exercise Of Due Diligence, Were Impossible To Predict (E.G. Failure To Be Promoted To The Next Class, Illness Or Injury Of The Student Preventing Participation In The Training, Or If The Student Did Not Obtain 50% Of The Points In The Physical Education Test For The Military Aviation Academy And Received A Grade Lower Than Good In Behavior). The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Students Participating In The Training In The Event Of Lack Of Consent Of The Students Parents/Legal Guardians To Participate In The Training Due To A Threat That Cannot Be Predicted At The Stage Of Planning The Parachute Training.
