A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program (Part Iii Swz). 3. If The Occupation Of The Road Lane Will Affect Road Traffic Or Limited Visibility On The Road Or Resulted In The Need To Introduce Changes To The Existing Organization Of Vehicle Or Pedestrian Traffic. The Contractor Should Prepare, At His Own Expense, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project To Secure The Works In The Road Area For The Duration Of The Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management (Journal Of Laws No. 177, Item 1729). Introduction Of Traffic Organization Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Depending On The Needs And Progress Of The Works, The Traffic Organization Design Should Be Updated By The Contractor On An Ongoing Basis. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process, That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
