Swan Including The Construction Of A Bicycle Path As Part Of The Agglomeration Bicycle Path System In The Zit Mof Piły Area.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Reconstruction/Construction Of A Municipal Road - Full Replacement Of The Surface - Strengthening The Road Surface To A Load Of 115 Kn/Axle, 2) Expansion/Reconstruction Of Intersections - Strengthening The Road Surface To A Load Of 115 Kn/Axle, 3) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, 4) Construction/Reconstruction Of Exits, 5) Construction Of A Bus Terminus, 6) Reconstruction Of Road Drainage, 7) Felling Trees,8) Construction Of New Horizontal And Vertical Markings,9) Construction Of A Service Channel,10) Construction/Reconstruction Of Road Lighting.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete And Submit To The Ordering Party A Set Of Documents (Regardless Of The As-Built Documentation) Enabling The Submission Of An Application For An Occupancy Permit To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, Including Positive Positions Of The State Fire Service And The State Inspectorate Of Internal Affairs (Article 56 Of The Construction Law), And The Above Documents Should Be Checked And Approved By The Supervision Inspectors.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Formal Documents, Administrative Decisions Issued, Technical Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements And Other Documents Made Available, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The List Of Applicable Documents Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - List Of Technical Documentation.5. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated Only As A Guide And Cannot Be The Only Basis For Preparing An Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read All Documentation And Exercise The Greatest Care To Prepare Offers Correctly, And In Particular To Reliably Calculate The Offer Price Adequate For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
