The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Performance Of All Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Part Of The Ceiling Above The Basement And Other Renovation Works In The Building Of The Sopot Music School Located At Ul. Obrońców Westerplatte 18-20 In Sopot. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Constituting An Annex To The Swz And All Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Put The Facility Into Use. The Execution Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: 1) Renovation Of Part Of The Wooden Ceiling Above The Basement; 2) Thermal Insulation Of The Ceiling; 3) Fire Protection. Ceiling; 4) Renovation/Reconstruction Of The Gable Elements Of The Roof Truss, Including: Rafters, Spires, Collar Beams, Reconstruction Of The Openwork Filling; 5) Renovation Of Chimney No. 2.
