Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Brand New Passenger Car In The Form Of Operational Leasing With A Purchase Option For The Needs Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Szczecin

1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing With The Option To Purchase One Brand-New Suv Or Crossover Passenger Car, Middle Class Or Higher, With A Plug-In Hybrid Drive (Phev), Meeting The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Ac, Third Party Liability Insurance, Accident Insurance, And Gap Under The Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And In The Opz.1.3. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1.1. And 1.2. Above.1.4. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To Swz And Opz.1.5. The Estimated Value Of The Contract In Question Does Not Exceed The Eu Thresholds Referred To In Art. 3 Pzp.1.6. The Offered Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Unused.1.7. The Vehicle Must Be Unregistered, Except For Possible Registration By The Manufacturer, Importer Or Dealer, If It Was Necessary To Carry Out Logistic, Approval Or Approval Procedures, And The Vehicle Was Not Used For This Reason.1.8. The Vehicle Must Be Produced No Earlier Than 2025.1.9. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular In Terms Of Approval, Admission To Road Traffic And Technical Conditions Of Vehicles.1.10. The Vehicle Must Come From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer Or Importer For The European Union Market.1.11. All Vehicle Equipment Must Be Factory Or Installed Or Approved By The Vehicle Manufacturer.1.12. Leasing Period: 36 Months From The Date Of The Protocol Delivery Of The Vehicle To The Ordering Party.1.13. Redemption: 1% Of The Net Value Of The Leased Item Plus Vat.1.14. Car Delivery Date: Up To 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
