The Aim Of The Investment In Question Is The Reconstruction Of Two Cultural Institutions In The Form Of Existing Buildings Of Rural Community Centers Located In The Towns Of Ostrowite And Siemkowo. The Currently Functioning Community Centers Are Long-Term Facilities And Require Renovation And Reconstruction Work In Order To Improve Their Functionality For Conducting Current And Planned Cultural Activities For All Residents. In Order To Carry Out The Reconstruction, The Following Works Are Planned: • Partial Reconstruction Of The Rooms Inside The Community Centers, • Replacement Of The Roof Covering, • Replacement Of Windows And Doors, • Insulation Of The Community Center Buildings, • Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. Using Renewable Energy Sources (Pellet Boiler And Heat Pump), • Modernization Of Water And Sewage Installations, Domestic Hot Water, Electrical And Lighting Installations, Lightning Protection And Telecommunications Installations, • Replacement Of Floors, • Plastering And Painting Works, • Reconstruction Of Sanitary Facilities, • Reconstruction Of Kitchen Facilities, • Adaptation Of The Facility For Disabled People, • Designation Of Access Routes And Parking Spaces For Disabled People.
