The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Of Developing Documentation, Agreeing And Implementing Construction Works For The Investment Titled: Modernization Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Provincial Road 762 With Ul. Słoneczna And Ul. Przemysłowa In Nowiny.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Carrying Out Measurements And Analyzes Necessary To Develop Design Solutions And A Traffic Organization Project, Traffic Design, Electrical Design (Including Traffic Measurements And Analyzes Of Existing Traffic Conditions); B) Preparation Of Photographic Documentation - The Existing State And After Completion Of The Investment (Also In A Digital Version); C) Development Of Executive Technical Documentation For The Planned Modernization Works (Including The Structural, Electrical And Traffic Parts As Well As Designs For Changing Traffic Organization) And Preparation And Agreement Of All Documents Required By Applicable Regulations In Order To Achieve The Goal Which Is The Modernization Of The Traffic Lights In Question And Materials For The Decision To Notify Construction Works And Their Notification If Necessary; D) Preparing As-Built Documentation And Submitting It To The Ordering Party; E) Performing Authors Supervision During Construction Works; F) Obtaining All Other Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Required By Law; G) Carrying Out Construction Works (Electrical Installation, Assembly And Construction Works And Other Necessary Works) Related To The Modernization Of Facilities In Accordance With The Approved Technical Documentation. Detailed Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). During Design, The Contractor Will Optimize Technical Solutions And Subsequent Maintenance Costs Over The Expected Operational Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present And Obtain Approval From The Ordering Party Of Technical Solutions That Minimize Operating Costs. In The Case Of Using Innovative Solutions, Before Approval, Maintenance Instructions And Expected Operating Costs Of A Given Element Must Be Presented. Pursuant To Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Design Documentation Should Take Into Account The Accessibility Of The Designed Solutions For People With Disabilities.
