Part I - Implementation Of Craniosacral Therapy In An Office Located No More Than 25 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Bielsko-Biała.1) Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of 300 Sessions Of Craniosacral (Cranio-Sacral) Therapy For Participants Of The Project Called Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support.2) Target Group: The Participants Of The Therapy Will Be Children Or Young People Registered For Adoption And Adopted Persons As Well As Adoptive Parents Residing In The Silesian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Recruiting Participants.3) Goal: The Aim Of The Therapy Will Be, Among Others: Improving The Functioning Of The Central Nervous System And Reducing Tensions In The Body, Which Are A Consequence Of Childrens Traumatic Experiences, As Well As Eliminating The Negative Effects Of Stress In Adoptive Parents.4) Place Of Implementation: The Therapy Will Be Conducted In A Practice Located No More Than 25 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Bielsko-Biała (Ul. Modrzewskiego 12, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała). The Office Will Be Provided By The Contractor. Note 1: The Distance Between The Indicated Office And The Ordering Partys Headquarters Will Be Determined Based On Google Maps - The Shortest Driving Route. Note 2: The Building And The Office In Which The Therapy Will Be Carried Out Must Meet At Least The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.5) Additional Information: ● The Therapy Will Be Conducted From Monday To Saturday, From 8:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M., On Dates Agreed Between The Contractor And The Adoptive Parents Or Guardians Of Children Receiving Support.● The Minimum Order Value Will Be 40% Of The Maximum Value Of The Basic Order (Without The Right To Options). The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For The Execution Of The Order Less Than The Maximum Expected Amount.
