1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Electric Telescopic Wheel Loader With Equipment, Intended To Operate The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In Rzepin At Ul. Sienkiewicza 20.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Telescopic Wheel Loader With Electric Drive, Along With The Required Work Equipment, 2) Transport Of The Machine To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Pszok In Rzepin At Ul. Sienkiewicza 20, 3) Providing Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Machine, Including The Operating Manual In Polish, 4) Conducting Training In The Operation And Basic Operation Of The Machine For The Ordering Partys Staff, 5) Providing A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Machine. The Delivered Machine Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Come From Mass Production. The Device Should Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Safety And Environmental Protection Regulations, Including Ce Marking.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters And The Required Equipment Of The Subject Of The Order, Is Described In The Technical Specification Of The Electric Telescopic Loader (Description Of The Technical And Operational Parameters And Equipment Of The Electric Telescopic Loader) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Titled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Also Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz). Note: The Rules For Acceptance And Verification Of Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Agreement.
