The Subject Of The Order Are Transport Services Provided By Coach To Transport Children To Summer Camps In The Country In 2026. The Ordering Party Entrusts The Contractor With The Transport Task: Transport Of Children To Summer Camps: - Estimated Number Of Km To Travel: 3,000 Km, - Target Travel: Niedzica (Lesser Poland Voivodeship), - Number Of Means Of Transport: 1 Bus To Transport 50 People For Each Camp Of The Camp, - Date Of Service:• Tourus I: From June 29, 2026 To July 5, 2026.• Tourus Ii: From July 6, 2026 To July 12, 2026.• Tourus Iii: From July 13, 2026 To July 19, 2026. During The Three Summer Camps, Permanent Residence Of The Driver And The Coach Is Required In Order To Organize Trips And Activities Outside The Place Of Accommodation. The Organizer Of The Camp Provides Accommodation And Meals For The Bus Driver. Free Parking For Buses Is Planned Only Next To The Colonists Accommodation. The Contractor Will Guarantee A Coach During Each Summer Camp, I.E. From June 29, 2026 To July 19, 2026. All Road And Parking Fees Are Covered By The Contractor. Vehicles Used To Transport People Must Be Air-Conditioned, Marked, Insured And Must Meet The Requirements Necessary For Admission To Road Traffic. In The Event Of A Bus Failure, The Contractor Must Be Able To Introduce A Replacement Bus That Meets The Above-Mentioned Requirements In Such A Way As Not To Cause Delays, I.E. Up To A Maximum Of 3 Hours From Reporting The Incident. The Contractor Must Have Current Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Business And Property Ownership - In The Field Of Transport Of Persons Within The Country. The Contractor Must Have Current Civil Liability Insurance And Accident Insurance For The Driver And Passengers. Passenger Transport May Only Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons, Including The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport And The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services To Persons Who Have A Valid Certificate Of No Criminal Record From The National Criminal Register, As Well As A Current Certificate Of Not Being Included In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators. Note !!! The Rate For One Kilometer Will Be Calculated From The Departure Of The Bus From The Place Of Pick-Up In Namysłów To The Destination (To Be Indicated By The Ordering Party In Writing) And Back. The Contractor Undertakes To Obtain The Information Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Dividing The Order Into Parts, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, Will Optimize The Offers Presented By The Contractors Both In Terms Of Quality And Price, And Will Additionally Protect The Ordering Party Against The Order Not Being Resolved
