The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions; 2) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; 3) Preparation Of Draft Amendments To Decisions On Development Conditions And The Transfer Of Rights To Decisions On Development Conditions; 4) Preparation Of Draft Amendments To Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Transfer Of Rights To The Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; 5) Preparation Of Decisions On Development Conditions For Buildings Referred To In Art. 29 Section 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended)6) Acoustic Classifications;7) Conducting Urban Planning Duties. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Implementing Acts, And In Particular In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589).3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Envisaged To Perform: 1) 450 Draft Decisions On Development Conditions; 2) 10 Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; 3) 10 Draft Changes To Decisions On Development Conditions And The Transfer Of Rights To Decisions On Development Conditions; 4) 1 Draft Amendment To The Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Transfer Of Rights To The Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; 5) 1 Acoustic Classification; 6) 10 Urban Planning Duties (After One Duty Per Month Of 2 Clock Hours Each) 7) 1 Draft Decision On Development Conditions For Buildings Referred To In Art. 29 Section 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended)4. The Execution Of Individual Projects Will Be Ordered Successively In Writing And As Needed, And Their Number May Change In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Contract. 5. The Draft Decisions Will Concern Applications That Will Be Submitted To The Contractor By January 15, 2027. 6.
