1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Extension Of Provincial Road No. 272 ​​On The Section From The Border Of The Jeżewo Commune With The Świecie Commune To Km 8+253 Of The Provincial Road. The Investment Does Not Include Any Interference With The Provincial Road. The Project Will Consist In: • Construction Of A Bicycle Path, • Reconstruction And Construction Of Exits, • Reconstruction Of A Section Of District Road No. 1246, • Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, • Relocation And Demolition Of Fences, • Construction Of Green Areas, • Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings, • Construction Of Devices For Road Traffic Safety In The Road, Consisting In The Construction Of Lighting For Bicycle Crossings. Length Of The Bicycle Road Section Covered By The Order Is 1,659.80 Mb.2. Due To The Planned Renovation Of The Surface Of Provincial Road No. 272 ​​In The Designed Road Section, The Final Height Of The Entrances To The Edge Of The Road Should Be Adjusted, In Consultation With The Provincial Roads Authority.3. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: - Surveying Services During Earthworks, Including: Geodetic Marking And As-Built Inventory And The Need (If Any) To Relocate The Concrete Road Markings, The So-Called Witnesses; - Preparation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Design, Introduction Of Temporary Construction Markings Along With Maintaining The Temporary Construction Markings With The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Prepared And Approved By The Contractor; - Ensuring Ornithological Supervision (If Required By Applicable Regulations); - Preparation Of Photographic Documentation (Before Entering The Works) Of The Existing Condition Of The Facilities And Area Covered By The Investment, Plots Indicated In The Zrid Decision As A Necessary Area Where Construction Works Should Be Performed; - Drainage And Strengthening Of Excavations For The Duration Of The Works According To The Solutions The Contractor And To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; The Method Of Strengthening And Draining The Excavations Is Obliged To Be Developed By The Contractor On His Own And Agreed With The Investors Supervision; - Preparation Of An Acceptance Report For The Works Related To The Relocation Of The Fence. The Report Should Be Signed By The Contractor And The Owner Of The Fence And Submitted To The Employer As Confirmation Of The Proper Performance Of The Works; - Due To The Planned Implementation Of A Fiber Optic Network In The Investment Area - Despite The Transfer Of The Construction Site - To Allow Access To The Construction Site To Another Contractor Carrying Out Works Related To The Construction Of The Fiber Optic Network. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate And Coordinate The Works To The Extent Necessary To Enable The Execution Of These Works, Without Disturbing The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; - Obtain A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or To Make An Effective Notification Of The
