The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Crisis Intervention Services In The Field Of Legal Counseling, Especially For People Experiencing Domestic Violence. The Ordering Party Estimates That Approximately 110 People Will Use These Services During The Term Of The Contract, I.E. From The Date Of Its Conclusion To December 31, 2027 (Approx. 90 Women And Approx. 20 Men), Residing Or Studying In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. People Experiencing Domestic Violence Covered By Crisis Intervention Services Will Be Recruited By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of: - A Certificate From The Crisis Intervention Center/Point Confirming The Use Of From Assistance, - Certificate Of Initiation Of The Blue Card Procedure In The Family, - Another Gops/Cus Document Confirming The Need For Support Of The Person Due To The Family Situation, - Certificates From Other Aid Institutions Confirming The Need For Support Of The Person Due To Domestic Violence.2. The Ordering Party Provides The Contractors With Places For The Above-Mentioned Services. Services At The Headquarters Of The Social Services Center Of The Inowrocław Commune In Inowrocław At Ul. Metalworkers 3, Hereinafter Cus.3. Legal Counseling Services Will Be Provided 32 Hours A Month. An Hour Of Service Is Understood As A Clock Hour. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, I.E. Without The Time Needed To Arrive Or Travel. The Hours And Method Of Providing Services Will Be Determined And Adapted To The Individual Needs Of People Receiving Crisis Support, Based On A Referral Issued By The Coordinator Of Individual Social Service Plans (Hereinafter Referred To As Kipus). Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing Or Reducing The Number Of Hours Of Legal Counseling Services And The Number Of People Covered By These Services, Depending On Actual Needs. 4. The Scope Of Legal Advice Tasks Includes, Among Others: Law: Criminal, Family Law, Labor Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Housing Law, Social Assistance, Protection Against Domestic Violence, Social Security, Includes: - Legal Consultations, - Making Project Participants Aware Of Their Rights, - Providing Advice On Court Dates Or Places Where They Can Settle Their Case. 5. The Scope Of Legal Advice Does Not Cover Legal Services In Court Proceedings, Including Representation, Preparation And Legal Services Of Court Cases And The Functioning Of Arbitration Boards. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: 1) Closely Cooperate With Kipus In The Scope Of: Agreeing On The Dates Of The Service, Preparing A Schedule, Informing About The Absence Of Participants; 2) Keeping Documentation Of The Service Provided By Keeping Legal Advice Service Cards; 3) Ensuring The Availability Of The Lawyer; It Is Permissible To Change The Date Of A Given Service Due To The Individual Needs Of Pro
