Manufactured Without Violating The Patent Rights And Intellectual Property Rights Of Their Owners Or With Their Consent, 2) Cannot Be Subjected To The Refilling Process, 3) Cannot Void The Printer Manufacturers Warranty, 4) Cannot Cause Limitations In The Functions And Capabilities Of The Printer And Print Quality Specified In The Technical Specifications Of The Printer Manufacturer, 5) Cannot Limit Full Cooperation With The Printer Program Monitoring The Status Of Ink Or Toner Cartridges, 6) Materials Must Ensure Proper Operation Of The Devices, Failure-Free And Service Life At A Level Not Worse Than That Provided By Original Materials (From The Device Manufacturer), And Cannot Impair The Quality Of The Devices Operating Parameters (Print Quality, Efficiency, Drying Speed, Etc.), 7) Must Have All The Tightness Protections For Toner Tanks, 8) When Installing A New Toner Or Ink, Only Activities Specified By The Printer Manufacturer Are Performed, 9) Must Have An Individual Product Code On The Packaging And The Name Of The Printer For Which It Is Intended, Enabling Unambiguous Identification, 10) The Materials Should Have A Use-By Date Of No Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery,11) Consumables Should Have Performance Determined According To The Performance Testing Standards Iso/Iec 19752, Iso/Iec 19798 And Iso/Iec 24711, Respectively (In Connection With The Iso/Iec 24712 Standard),12) The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials, Provided That The Offered Consumables Are Factory-Made New And Will Have Technical And Physical Parameters As Well As Qualitative, Functional And Utility Features The Same Or Higher Than The Materials Of The Device Manufacturer Or Materials Approved By The Device Manufacturer, 13) The Ordering Party Will Consider The Consumables To Be Defective, In Particular When: Powder Spills Out Of The Toner, Ink Leaks, The Consumable Material Stains The Printouts, The Device For Which A Given Consumable Material Is Intended Does Not Communicate With The Chip Of This Material And Does Not Recognize It, The Material The Consumable Does Not Print The Declared Number Of Pages, The Consumable Causes The Device To Signal Operating Errors, Makes Noise Or Jams, Undergoes Spontaneous Mechanical Damage (E.G.
