Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Aggregate For The Purposes Of Current Renovations Of Roads In The Filipów Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supplies Of Aggregate For The Needs Of Current Road Renovations In The Filipów Commune, Including: 1) Road Gravel With A Grain Size Of 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of Approximately 250 Tons, 2) Aggregate 0 - 31.5 Mm Plus 30% Of Crushed Aggregate In An Amount Of Approximately 300 Tons, 3) Aggregate 0 - 31.5 Mm Plus 50% Of Aggregate Crushed Aggregate In The Amount Of Approximately 3,500 Tons,4) 100% Crushed Aggregate - In The Amount Of Approximately 100 Tons,5) Sand 0-2 Mm In The Amount Of Approximately 200 Tons,2. The Quantities Of Materials Given Are Estimates And May Increase Or Decrease During The Contract. Reducing Or Increasing The Quantity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Does Not Cause Any Legal And Financial Consequences For The Ordering Party And Does Not Require Changing The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Material Intended For Graveling Comes From An Aggregate Deposit For Which A Mineral Extraction License Has Been Issued. The Contractor Should Have Such A License Itself Or Have An Appropriate Agreement With The Holder Of Such A License, Which Will Stipulate That The Contractor Will Have The Right To Extract The Material For Which The Mineral Extraction License Was Issued. The Delivered Aggregate Must Have The Approvals, Certificates And Quality Certificates Required By Law In Accordance With The Pn-En 13242, Pn-En 13043:2004 Or Equivalent Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Declaration Of Conformity Confirmed By The Manufacturer (Mines) For The Supplied Material Included In The Invoices And Wz Delivery Notes. 4. The Documents Required For Delivery To The Designated Place Are: Wz Document And Scale Printout For Each Aggregate Transport (Vehicle). They Should Be Handed Over To The Ordering Partys Employee Before Unloading Begins.5. In The Absence Of The Documents Referred To In Section 4, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivery And Charge Contractual Penalties Specified In § 5 Section 2 Point 1 Letter C.6. During The Delivery Period Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Allows Its Samples To Be Taken To Order Laboratory Tests Of Its Technical Properties. If Parameters Are Found That Are Inconsistent With The Declared Ones, The Contractor Will Replace The Incorporated Aggregate At His Own Expense. The Aggregate Should Be Clean, Without Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials, Such As: Metal, Plastic, Wooden Waste, Clay: If The Above-Mentioned Contaminants Are Found In The Content Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivery. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Checking The Actual Weight Of The Delivered Material During The Execution Of The Order. If A Discrepancy Is Found Between The Declared Weight Of The Delivered Material By The Contractor And The Actual Weight, The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To Weighing The Vehicle In Order To Provide Actual Data On The Delivered Material Enabling The Settlement Of The Orde
