The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Limestone With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 1,200 Tons, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Maintaining The Following Proportions Of Intermediate Fractions: Grain Size In Mm Share %0 - 1 Max 251 - 8 Max 308 - 16 Min 2016 - 31.5 Min 25 Total 1002. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum/Guaranteed Quantity Of Limestone Purchased During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be 1,000 Tons.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Option Right To Increase The Total Quantity Of Ordered Limestone To 50%.4. The Delivered Goods Must Not Be Contaminated In The Form Of: Wires, Nails That May Damage Vehicles Traveling On The Road, Or Other Contaminants, And Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.). If Such Contamination Is Discovered, The Ordering Party Will Demand Its Removal At The Contractors Expense.5. The Delivery Includes The Purchase And Transport Of Limestone That Meets The Quality Requirements For This Type Of Products And Has An Appropriate Certificate For The Renovation Of Municipal Road Surfaces In The Kowalewo Pomorskie Commune.6. The Ordering Party May Change The Value Of The Contract And The Subject Matter In The Event Of An Increase In The Communes Demand In The Circumstances And Cases Specified In Art. 455 Section 1 Point 3 And 4 And Art. 455 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.7. Conditions Of Order Execution: 1) Each Launch Of The Service Will Be Preceded By A Written Partial Order Specifying The Amount Of Limestone, The Date And Place Of Its Unloading. 2) During Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Absolutely Obliged To Provide The Village Head Or Another Person Designated By The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming The Weight Of The Load Of A Given Course, Printed From An Electronic Scale. 3) Deliveries Will Be Made At The Contractors Expense Using Transport Sets With The Possibility Of Gradual Unloading Of Limestone During Free Time. Driving Vehicles With A Load Capacity Of 25 - 28 Tons. If The Limestone Is Unloaded In An Unagreed Place Or On A Heap, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Pay A Contractual Penalty, In Accordance With The Draft Contract. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure At Least 5 Transport Sets For The Purposes Of Executing The Order In Order To Complete The Order For The Delivery Of 10 Courses Of Limestone On A Given Day. Deliveries Should Be Made At Intervals - No Longer Than 1 Hour. Between Individual Courses. The First Course For A Given Day No Later Than At 8:00. The Ordering Party May Agree A Different Delivery Time By Phone.
