The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare And Conduct Basic Training For The Spl License For Students Of The Technical School Complex In Mielec, Implemented As Part Of The Project Challenge Of The Future - Innovative Dual Education + Steam+ In Mielec Poviat.2. The Training Will Be Carried Out For A Group Of 15-20 People. The Quantity Given Is An Estimate, With The Minimum Scope Of The Order Being Training For 15 People.3. Classes Will Be Held On Weekends Or Other Days Free From Mandatory Teaching Hours - After Prior Arrangement, Immediately After Signing The Contract.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Detailed Definition Of The Contractors Obligations, Is Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Tor And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Tor. 5. In These Proceedings, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, There Are No Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution That Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 And Of 2024, Items 878 And 1222), Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Order Under An Employment Contract.
