Request for Proposal for Legal Notices Advertisement Responders Must Meet The Criteria For A “Newspaper Of Record” For The City Of Fredericksburg As Outlined In The Code Of Virginia, §8.01-324. “On-Line Only” Publications Must Meet The Requirements As Specified In The Code Of Virginia §8.01-324 (I) And (J), And Include With The Proposal The Authorization Of The Circuit Court Be Certified To Publish Public Notices. Responders Should Be Able To Provide A Proof Copy For Advertisements Within Two Business Days Of Submittal Of Copy By The City For Review And Be Able To Run The Advertisement Within One Business Day Of The Receipt Of Authorization And Approval By The City For Publication
