The City Of Fort Saskatchewan Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Contractors For The Refurbishment Of The Water Tower.Work Will Generally Include, But Is Not Limited To:- Demolition And Removal Of An Existing Fixed Ladder.- Supply And Installation Of A New Fixed Ladder And Compatible Vertical Lifeline System.- Replacement And Repair Of Damaged Bracing Rods.- Supply And Installation Of A New Water Tank Vent Cover.- Repair Of Existing Foundation And Parging.- Repainting Of The Entire Existing Structure.- Localized Foundation Repairs To The Existing Heating House.- Supply And Installation Of Repairs To The Existing Flashing, Penetrations And Resheeting Of Building And Siding.- Installation Of New Lighting System.- Coordination With Providing Access To Other Contractors To Complete Other Related Water Tower Work.
