Framework Agreement For The Construction Of A Maximum Of Four Artificial Grass Fields With Mineral Infill Including Substructure, Drainage, Fencing, Lighting And Civil Works. The Fields Are Used By A Number Of Football Clubs That Do Not Yet Have An Artificial Grass Field Available. This Concerns An Agreement For The Construction Of 2 New Artificial Grass Fields Planned For The Summer Break Of 2026, And For The Time Being 2 New Artificial Grass Fields With Construction Planned For The Summer Break Of 2027. The Aim Of This National Public Tender Is To Arrive At One Agreement With One Contractor, Who, On Behalf Of The Municipality Of Hellendoorn, Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Work For All Fields To Be Constructed. Optionally, The Construction Of An Additional Field In The Future Can Also Be Part Of This Tender.
