The Assignment Is To Implement And Maintain An Ede City Pass That Will Be Operational No Later Than January 1, 2027, But Preferably Earlier. The Year 2026 Is Used For Elaboration, Implementation, Acquisition And User Testing. The Client And Contractor Jointly Determine The Phasing Of Further Added Regulations. The Starting Point Is That At Least The Participate Schemes And At Least One Other (Not Minimum) Scheme Are Available On The Pass On The Start Date Of January 1, 2027. Accessibility And Ease Of Use Are Key Words Throughout The Assignment; Only Then Can We Achieve The Intended Goals. The Participation Schemes And At Least One Other (Not Minimum) Scheme Is Available On The Pass.
