This Rfp Is Issued By The Bc Wildfire Service (“Bcws”), A Branch Of The Ministry Of Forests, To Obtain Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Parties Wishing To Supply All Labour, Specific Supplies, And Specific Equipment For Janitorial Services At The Provincial Wildfire Coordination Centre (Pwcc) Located At 3080 Airport Road, Kamloops, British Columbia. The Scope Of Services Includes Regularly Scheduled Janitorial Services, As Well As Occasional Additional Janitorial Services Requested By The Province On An If, As And When Needed Basis. The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide The Scheduled Janitorial Services And To Accept The Additional Janitorial Services Provided That Seventy-Two (72) Hours Notice Is Provided When Such Services Are Requested. Please Note That Notwithstanding Any Reference To Subcontractors In The Rfp Section 2 Process Rules, Subcontractors Will Not Be Permitted.The Initial Contract Term Will Begin At Contract Execution And End On March 31, 2027 With The Option To Extend The Contract For A Further Four (4) Terms Of Up To Twelve (12) Months Each, In The Province’S Sole Discretion.
