The Keys To Expertise Service Is Workforce Training In Accordance With Chapter 7 Of The Employment Services Organization Act (380/2023), Which Is Primarily Offered To Job-Seeking Clients Of The Jyväskylä-Muurame Employment Area. Preliminary Schedule Of The Service, Validity Period Of The Contract: 1 September 2026-31 December 2027. The First Contract Period Includes An Additional Purchase Option, Which Is A Maximum Of 50% Of The Purchase Value. In Addition, The Purchase Includes One 12-Month Option Period In 2028. The Option Period Does Not Include An Additional Purchase. The Customer Decides On The Use Of The Option. Regarding The Procurement, It Has Been Preliminarily Estimated: 2-3 Training Groups Will Be Organized During The Contract Period. The Duration Of The Service/Group Can Be 60-80 Days. The Group Size Is 8-15 Students. The Goal Of The Service Is To Test The Effectiveness Of The Services, And Its Pricing Model Combines Performance-Based And Results-Based. The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates, And They Do Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Unit. Bidders Are Not Compensated For Making, Presenting Or Participating In Other Ways. Transferring, Canceling Or Not Obtaining The Service Does Not Cause The Procuring Entity To Be Liable For Compensation.
