Lahti Tilakeskus (Hereinafter Tilakeskus Or The Customer) Handles Construction, Maintenance And Upkeep In Properties Owned And Rented By The City Of Lahti. With This Request For Tenders, Tilakeskus Is Looking For Framework Arrangement Partners For The Installation, Maintenance And Maintenance Work Of Locking Systems And Door Mechanisms In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Procurement Also Includes A License For The Key Management Register And Expert Services Related To The Register System. All Units Operating With The City Of Lahtis Y-Id (0149669–3) Can Use This Service. The Procured Work Is Mainly The Maintenance, Repair And Maintenance Of Existing Locking Systems And Door Mechanisms, But Also The Installation Of New Systems. The Duration Of These Works Varies From An Hour To A Few Weeks. The Procurement Includes On-Call. The Contractor Ranked First In The Order Of Priority Is Obliged To Perform On-Call Work In Accordance With The Required Response Time. The Work Is Mainly Performed By The Hour. In Accordance With The Procurement Documents, The Customer Can Also Use Simplified Tendering Between The Contractual Partners. The Contractor Must Commit To The Fact That Some Of The Work Can Be Subordinated As A Subordinate Side Contract To Other Contracts Commissioned By The Client. Larger Individual Projects Are Tendered Separately By The Client, And They Are Not Covered By This Framework Arrangement. The Customer Reserves The Right To Determine Whether A Procedure Based On A Framework Arrangement Will Be Used For Procurement Or Whether It Will Be Tendered Separately. The Customer Is Not Bound To Purchase In Quantity, And The Contract Does Not Give The Supplier An Exclusive Right To Carry Out Procurement. The Information On Procurement Quantities Presented In The Documents Are Estimates That Are Not Binding On The Customer.
