The Object Of The Procurement Is The Milling And Paving Works To Be Carried Out In The Uudenkaupunki Area During The Summer Of 2026 By The City Of Uudenkaupunki (Hereinafter Also The Procurement Unit). Based On The Bid Comparison, One (1) Contractor Will Be Selected. The Reference Point For The Price Change Of The Binder Is The Price According To The Level Of The Bitumen Price In March 2025, When The Bitumen Index Was 209.17 (2015 = 100). The Size Of The Changes Is Considered To Be The Bitumen Index Of Statistics Finland. The Estimated Start Of The Contract Is May 18, 2026. The Contract Must Be Completed By October 31, 2026 At The Latest. The Procurement Unit Can, For A Justified Reason, Grant Additional Time For The Works Related To The Contract. A Procurement Contract Is Created When Both Parties Have Signed The Contract. The Contract Terms Are Described In More Detail In The Contract Draft Attached To The Request For Tender.
