The Infrastructure Service Area Of The City Of Salo Is Requesting Bids For The Construction Of Phases 1 And 2 Of The Ollikkala Garden Area In Accordance With This Request For Bids And The Attached Contract Documents. Phase 2 Is An Option Of The Contract, The Use Of Which Will Be Decided By The Customer During September 2026. The Construction Site Is Located In Salon Ollikkala. The Completion Time For The Entire Contract (Phase 1) Is 30 October 2026. The Option (Phase 2) Completion Date Is April 30, 2027. The Contract Includes The Construction Of The Streets, Pedestrian And Cycling Paths, Parking Spaces, Park Paths, Pipelines And Stormwater Management Solutions Presented In The Planning Documents, With Their Associated Materials, Structures, Auxiliary Functions And Measurement Work In Accordance With The Construction Reports And Drawings.
