In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Most Economical Offer Is The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Terms Of Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Contractor Who Is In A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work.
