Empty Weight Of The Tank With Equipment And Insulated Approx. 600T. + Water Mass 15,000T. In Addition To The Battery Tank, An Auxiliary Building For Process Equipment Will Be Located In The Immediate Vicinity. Approximately 400 – 500M2. Main Criteria For The Construction Site: The Site Must Be Located Inside The Area Delimited In The Map Appendix. Based On The Sites Location In Relation To The District Heating And District Cooling Network. The Attachment Contains A Map Showing Which Area In Turku The Yacht Should Be Located. Targeted Management And Construction Rights To The Site: The Customer Is Open To The Following Solutions For Building The Proposed Structures On The Offered Plot: 1. The Subscriber Buys The Plot For His Own Ownership. 2. The Client Rents The Plot With A Long-Term Lease And The Client Builds The Structures Presented On The Plot. 3.
