If A Participant Has Submitted A Price Proposal Exceeding The Estimated Value Determined By The Contracting Authority, The Commission Proposes To The Contracting Authority That This Participant Be Removed From The Procedure. At The Opening Of The Present Procedure, No Financing Has Been Secured For Its Implementation. The Execution Of The Contract Will Begin After The Contractor Receives A Contract Letter Sent To Him By The Contracting Authority, In Which It Is Confirmed That The Financing Has Been Secured And The Deadline For The Payment Of The Performance Guarantee And The Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Guarantee For The Execution Of The Contract Are Indicated.
