The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Preparation Of The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Projects And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr For The Project: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Address: 3 Rasho Kostov Street, Radnevo, Radnevo Municipality. The Following Activities Are Planned For Implementation Within The Scope Of The Assigned Activities Under This Public Contract: Carrying Out Compliance Assessment Of Investment Projects Assessing The Compliance Of The Project Documentation With The Essential Requirements For The Constructions And Preparation Of A Comprehensive Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Essential Requirements Of The Constructions, Which Should Meet The Requirements Of Art. 142, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 4, Paragraph 5, Paragraph 6, Item 2, Paragraph 9 And Paragraph 10, Article 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Paragraph 4, Article 169, Paragraph 1 And Paragraph 3 Of Zut, The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 5 February 2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For The Use Of Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Of The Ministry Of Land And Infrastructure Development, Sg No. 14/20.02.2015, Other Legal And By-Laws Regulating The Construction And Layout Of The Territory. The Conformity Assessment Covers All Parts Of The Investment Project That Are The Basis For Issuing A Construction Permit Under The Zut. Their Mutual Coherence, Completeness And Structural Compliance Are Evaluated. The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project Should Be In Volume And Scope, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Relevant By-Laws. Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Cmp The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Zut, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Of The Ministry Of Construction, And All Legal And By-Law Regulations Acts In The Field Of Construction In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
