The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Preparation Of The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Projects And Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr For The Project: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With The Address Stefan Karadzha Street No. 2, Radnevo Town, Radnevo Municipality. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Evaluation Of The Compliance Of The Project Documentation With The Essential Requirements For The Constructions And Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Essential Requirements Of The Constructions, Which Should Meet The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 2, Para. 4, Para. 5, Para. 6, Item 2, Para. 9 And Para. 10, Art. Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 5 February 2015 On The Terms And Conditions For The Use Of Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Mrrd, Sg No. 14/20.02.2015, Other Legal And By-Laws Regulating The Construction And Layout Of The Territory. The Conformity Assessment Covers All Parts Of The Investment Project That Are The Basis For Issuing A Construction Permit Under The Zut. Their Mutual Coherence, Completeness And Structural Compliance Are Evaluated. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Zut, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Of The Ministry Of Construction, And All Legal And By-Law Regulations Acts In The Field Of Construction In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
