The Provision Of The Services Access To The Electricity Distribution Network And Transmission Of Electric Energy Through The Electricity Distribution Network In A Specific Territory Is An Activity That Can Be Realized Only By Certain Persons/Companies Possessing Exclusive Rights To Carry Out This Activity (Article 39, Paragraph 1, Item 2 And Item 3, In Connection With Article 43, Paragraph 2, Item 1 Of The Law On Energy). According To Art. 39, Para. 1, Item 2 And Item 3 Of The Law On Energy, The Activity Of Transmission And Distribution Of Electrical Energy Is Subject To Licensing By The Commission For Energy And Water Regulation (Kevr), And According To Art. 43, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Same Law, Only One License Is Issued For A Single Territory Of The Country.
