Tenders Are Invited For Supplies Of Lubricants, Antifreeze, Brake Fluid And Wiper Fluid, Including Vehicle Maintenance Services For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And Its Structural Units
The Order Covers Supplies Through The Purchase Of Lubricants, Antifreeze, Brake Fluid And Wiper Fluid, Pursuant To Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Goods Specified In Decree No. 212 Of October 21, 2025 For The Addition Of Decree No. 191 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 2016 For Approving A List Of Goods Under Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 And Art. 191, Para. 1, Item 6 Of Zop (2, No. 61 Of 2016). On The Basis Of Art. 79, Para. 4 Of The Zop, The Contract Is Concluded According To The Rules Of The Relevant Exchange. The Total Value Of The Contract Is The Maximum For Its Validity Period And Is Not Binding On The Parties, And The Trustee Has The Right, Depending On His Needs And The Financial Resources At His Disposal, Not To Assign Supplies For The Entire Value Or To Assign Supplies Above The Indicated Estimated Quantities, Until The Maximum Value Is Reached. The Goods Are Delivered To Administrative Addresses On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv. Deliveries Are Made On The Basis Of A Submitted Written Request From The Relevant Structural Unit Of The Contracting Authority. The Exchange Contract Is Effective From The Date Of Conclusion And Has A Term Of Validity Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months Or Until Its Value Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurs First.
