The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Services Of The Substitute Investor For The Project Adaptation Of The Historic Building Of The Metal Rolling Mill Together With The Development Of The Surroundings, Including: • Preparation And Conduct Of Public Procurement Procedures For The Selection Of The General Contractor Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, • Carrying Out Other Related Proceedings Related To The Above-Mentioned Project, E.G. Developing A Technical Expert Opinion On The Building, Carrying Out Geological Research, Conducting An Inventory Of Greenery, Performing Additional Works, • Process Management Preparation And Implementation Of The Investment, • Supervision Over The Correct Implementation Of The Contract Concluded With The General Contractor And Bringing The Investment To Completion, Obtaining The Required Acceptance, • Settlement Of The Investment, Including Settlement Of The Project Co-Financed Under The Fesl Program. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor (Substitute Investor) Will Ensure The Organization And Functioning Of Multi-Sector Investor Supervision By Appointing Investor Supervision Inspectors With The Required Authorizations And Experience In The Required Specialties, As Well As Coordinating Their Work. Inspectors Perform Activities In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law And The Provisions Of The Works Contract. Decisions Resulting In The Creation Of Financial Liabilities, Changes In The Material Scope Of The Investment Or Changes In Key Implementation Dates Are Made Solely By The Ordering Party. The Substitute Investor Prepares Analytical Materials, Recommendations And Draft Decisions In This Regard And Documents The Arrangements And Decisions.
