One Consultant Shall Be Procured That Combines The Project Manager Role And Legal Assistance In New Ops Projects, As Well As Assist As A Consultant For The Existing Ops Projects. The Person In Question Shall Be Responsible For Planning, Implementing And Following-Up The Ops Competition. The Consultant Shall Have Special Competence And Experience Within Project Management, Contracting And Public Procurements (See Ssa-B Annex 1 For Further Details On The Assistance).
