The Reconstruction Will Also Include The Solution To The Extension Of The New Wing, The Modification Of The Public Space And The Garden, The Reconstruction Of The Administrators House, The Modification Of The Adjacent Husovy Street, The Conversion Of The Opposite Childrens Playground Into A Parking Lot, The Connection Of The Building To The Technical And Transport Infrastructure And The Related Demolition Of The Buildings. The Reconstruction Will Be Designed In Accordance With The Principles Of Historic Preservation. The Main Building Of Nové Slunce Is A Registered Cultural Monument. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Also Engineering Activities Leading To The Provision Of Consent Opinions And Positive Statements Necessary For The Issuance Of Planning Permission, Including The Provision Of A Valid Decision On Planning Permission, As Well As Consultation During The Selection Of The Construction Contractor And The Performance Of The Designers Supervision During Construction.
