The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Project Preparation (Including The Design Of The Lightning Protection System Solution (Hereinafter Referred To As Lps)), The Supply And Installation Of Photovoltaic Power Plants (Hereinafter Referred To As Pve) On The Roofs Of 5 Buildings In The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Brno According To The Table Below (Including The Implementation Of Lps And The Necessary Construction Modifications Of The Affected Collection Point And The Roof), With A Total Capacity Of Pve Of 373.9 Kwp. The Public Contract Is Awarded Using § 92, Paragraph 2 Of The Zzvz In The Form Of Establishing Requirements For Performance And Function (Design & Build Method), Which Are Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Contract Proposal, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. An Integral Part Of The Suppliers Performance Is The Project Preparation For The Issuance Of All Necessary Permits And Installation Of The Pv Plant, Incl. Processing Of All The Necessary Permits And Further Ensuring The Complete Implementation Of The Pv Plant, Subsequent Approval And Putting The Pv Plant Into Permanent Operation.
