In Addition, The Cyl Digital Program Is Within The “Training In Digital Skills” Initiative In Development Of The Axes Of Action For The Implementation In Castilla Y León Of The Sustainable Development Goals Of The 2030 Agenda In Accordance With The Agreement Of May 20, 2021 Of The Government Of Castilla Y León. Likewise, The Object Of This Contract Is Within The Framework Of The Actions Of The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) 2021-2027 Operational Program Of Castilla Y León. Specifically, The Service Is Framed Within Investment Priority 3 Education And Training, In Its Specific Objective G), Aimed At Promoting Lifelong Learning, Within Line Of Action 01 Digital Skills For The Citizens Of Castilla Y León Which Includes A Set Of Actions, Such As The Delivery Of Courses And Workshops Both In Person And Online, In Urban And Rural Areas, As Well As Technological, Online And In-Person Advice Activities, Certification And Accreditation Of Digital Skills, With The Aim Of 16,000 People Trained, Of Which 12,240 Qualified After Participating. To Achieve The Stated Priorities And Objectives, The Cyl Digital Program Stands As A Fundamental Vehicle, And It Is Necessary To Provide This Training Service In Digital Skills For Citizens, Which Is Justified By The Growing Importance Of Digital Skills As A Driver Of Social Innovation And Economic Development, Eliminating Possible Inequalities, And Allowing Castilian And Leonese Citizens To Fully Participate In The Digital Society.
