The Iaşi Court Intends To Acquire Services For The Presentation, Processing And Dispatch Of Procedural Documents And Internal And International Correspondence For The Iaşi Court And The District Courts Through The Open Tender Procurement Procedure Completed With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 12 Months, As Follows: - Services For The Presentation, Processing And Dispatch Of Procedural Documents Issued By The Iaşi Court And The District Courts; - Reception, Processing And Delivery Services Of Simple Internal Correspondence With The Recommended Service And Of Internal Correspondence With Confirmation Of Receipt Ar; - Reception, Processing And Delivery Services Of International Correspondence With The Recommended Service And With Confirmation Of Receipt Ar; - Reception, Processing And Delivery Services Of Domestic Postal Parcels. The Services Offered Must Be In Accordance With National And European Union Legislation, And As The Case May Be, Data Protection, Environmental And Territorial Planning Regulations. Data Protection Includes The Protection Of Personal Data, The Confidentiality Of Transmitted Or Stored Information And The Protection Of The Right To Private Life, In Compliance With The Legal Provisions In Force.
