The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Network Switches For The Purpose Of Expanding Network Equipment - A Distribution/Server Stack For The Needs Of Pro-Medica In Ełk Sp. Z O. O. Case Number 996/2026, I.E. Two Type 1 Network Switches And One Type 2 Network Switch. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Is Indivisible. Due To The Need To Ensure Technical Compatibility, System Coherence, Uniform Standard And Ensure Uniform Configuration While Maintaining Component Safety Standards, The Ordering Party, Due To The Above Reasons, Plans To Purchase Two Type 1 Network Switches And One Type 2 Network Switch With The Accompanying Infrastructure Specified In Detail In Annex 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Without Dividing The Product Range Into Parts. This Subject Of The Order Should Be Functionally And Technically Coherent. The Agreement On Support Under The Kpo Provides For The Purchase Of Network Equipment In The Form Of One Cost Category That Is Not Separated Into Parts, Which Is Another Reason Justifying The Lack Of Division Into Parts Of The Proceedings In Question. 3. Fragment Of The Requirements Regarding The Warranty Of The Subject Of The Order: It Is Required That The Device Comes From An Official Polish Distribution Channel. The Device Is Required To Be Covered By A Limited Lifetime Warranty (Up To 5 Years After The End Of Device Production Is Announced) By The Manufacturer, Implemented In A Door-To-Door System By The Manufacturers Service Center. The Device Should Be Covered By A Quick Replacement Service With Shipment The Next Business Day After The Manufacturer Confirms The Failure. 4. In Addition To The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Assortment Offered By The Contractor And The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Dnsh Principle - Meaning The Principle Of Do No Serious Damage Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. 5.
