The Subject Of The Contract Is To Perform Services Consisting In Ensuring The Performance Of Construction Supervision Activities: Innovation And Modernization Of The Hriňová Municipal Building (Hereinafter Referred To As Construction). According To The Conditions Agreed In This Contract, The Successful Tenderer Will Supervise The Execution Of Work On The Construction In Accordance With The Work Contract, Concluded Between The Contracting Authority And The Construction Contractor, So That All Work On The Construction Is Carried Out In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Stn And Technical Specifications, Within The Specified Time And Within The Price Agreed In The Work Contract And In Compliance With The Conditions Determined By The Contract
