The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Area Of Polichno With An Extended Perimeter To Part Of The Cadastral Area Of Biskupice U Luhačovice In The Expected Extent Of 323 Ha, Including The Necessary Geodetic Work In The Accuracy Criteria Determined For The Renewal Of The Cadastral Operation By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Decree), As Amended By Later Regulations And Preparation Of All Documentation For Introducing The Results Of The Kopú Into The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Kopú Proposal And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights.
