The Service Includes The Consultants Duties In Accordance With The Agreement Based On The General Terms And Conditions And Swk, In Particular: A) Management, Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Works Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Payment Certificate, B) Fulfillment Of Obligations Resulting From The Procedures Contained In The Current Requirements/Guidelines Regarding Investments Implemented By Gddkia, C) Fulfillment Of Reporting Obligations And Cooperation In This Respect With The Gddkia Services, D) Providing Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participating In Warranty Inspections And Supervising The Removal Of Possible Faults/Defects Identified In Warranty Inspections Under The Concluded Contract, E) Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, F) Supervising Works In The Scope Of Additional Tasks Necessary To Perform The Contract, Arising During The Implementation Of The Contract - Awarded On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Law, G) Close Cooperation With The Consultants Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Obliged To Develop The Principles And Method Of Proper Execution Of Construction Works. 3.
