Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work - Execution Of Additional Works For The Investment Objective: Increasing The Energy Performance Of Educational Units In The Municipality Of Baia Mare - George Baritiu Technical College. At The Level Of The Contracting Authority, The Contract For Design, Technical Assistance And Execution Of Works Was Concluded, After Which The Technical-Economic Documentations For The Dtac And P.T. Phases Were Developed, Documentations That Are An Integral Part Of Contract No. 29405/22.05.2025 And Which Were Submitted Within The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Component 5 – Renovation Wave, Operation Moderate Or Deep Energy Renovation Of Public Buildings. On 11.08.2025, The Order To Start The Execution Works Was Issued. During The Execution Of The Works, It Was Found Necessary To Carry Out Some Additional Works, Which Became Strictly Necessary In Order To Fulfill The Initial Contract, According To Site Provision No. 4, Registered At The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority With No. 12224 Of 06.03.2026:  Installation Of A Gas Condensing Plant As An Alternative Source To Heat Pumps;  Supplementing The Number Of Solar Panels And Installing A Storage Battery To Optimize Self-Consumption, Reduce Peak Consumption Costs And Ensure Continuity In Electricity Supply;  Replacing The Video Surveillance System In Accordance With The Regulations In Force;  Installation Of A Coffered False Ceiling In The Entire Building To Mask The Electrical Circuits Executed By The Basic Contract;  Repairs To The Perimeter Fence As It Is Damaged;  Masking The Fan Coil Units To Protect Them. Therefore, The Purchase Of Additional Works Is Determined By The Need To Comply With The Isu, Dsp, Ctatu Requirements And The Requirements Given By The Contracting Authority, So That The Investment Objective Is Functional And Corresponds To All The Provisions And Regulations In Force. The Contractor Will Execute The Works In Accordance With The Technical Execution Project And The Site Provision No. 4, Registered At The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority With No. 12224 Of 06.03.2026.
