Gas Oils – Purchase And Delivery Of Diesel Oil For The Fuel Tank For Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O.O.. Purchase And Delivery Of Diesel Oil To The Fuel Tank Located In The Waste Management Department Of Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. At Ul. Wrocławska 73 In Zielona Góra. The Ordering Party Specifies The Total Amount Of Diesel Oil To Be Distributed By The Contractor During The Duration Of The Contract At 135,000 Liters. The Expected Amount Of Fuel Is Estimated And Was Established For The Purpose Of Calculating The Offer Price. One Delivery Will Include Approximately 3,000 Liters To 4,700 Liters Of Diesel Oil. The Quality Of The Offered Assortment Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2024.1018, As Amended) And Polish Standards And Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. With Each Delivery To The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit A Quality Certificate For A Given Batch And A Release Document Prepared On The Basis Of Measurements Of The Fuel Released From The Contractors Warehouse, Containing In Particular Data On Its Temperature, Density And Volume Expressed In M³, Including The Volume At The Reference Temperature Of +15°C. The Contractor Will Register The Transport Of Diesel Fuel Via The Tax And Customs Electronic Services Platform (Puesc), In Accordance With Applicable Law.
