The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction/Replacement Of The Existing Wear Layer Of Roads And Sidewalks That Were Damaged By The Flood In September 2024. The Subject Is Also The Restoration Of Existing Curbs By Tearing Them Out And Re-Laying Them In Their Original State With The Removal Of Damaged Pieces Or The Addition Of New Road Curbs. At The Same Time, Some Sidewalks Will Be Restored In The Form Of Replacing The Existing Paving Or By Paving And Adding Damaged Pieces. Paving Of Existing Driveways To Real Estate. Warning Strips Will Be Added In Places Of Reduced Curbs. The Existing Street Drains Will Be Replaced With New Ones And Moved To The Places For Edging. One Street Drain Will Be New. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Modification Of The Area In Front Of Building No. 753 On Janáčkova Street, Which Is Owned By The Client. There Will Be A New Gravel Area In Front Of The Building And A Newly Constructed Pavement Made Of Interlocking Paving (Original Route). The Sidewalk Will Be Made Including A Concrete Curb. The Subject Is Also New Public Lighting (Hereinafter Referred To As Vo) On Janáčkova Street, Which Will Be Connected To The Existing Vo Lamp. Four Lamps Will Be Installed. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specified By This Text Part Of The Tender Documentation, Including All Annexes, Especially The Project Documentation And The List Of Works, Which Form An Annex To This Text Part Of The Tender Documentation (Tender Documentation). The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of A Concluded Contract For The Work, Which Forms An Annex To The Tender Documentation, Whereby The Work Means The Construction And Technological Part Of The Construction Carried Out According To The Project Documentation - Complete And Faultless Execution Of All Construction And Assembly Work, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials, Machines And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work, As Well As The Execution Of All Activities Related To The Delivery Of Construction And Assembly Work, The Execution Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work (E.G.
