Maintenance Services Of Public-Lighting Installations And Traffic Lights – Implementation Of The Optional Public Service Of Public Lighting Maintenance In The Area Of ​​Ankaran Municipality. The Object Of The Public Service Is The Maintenance Of Public Lighting In The Area Of ​​The Municipality Of Ankaran And The Provision Of Other Services Necessary For The Smooth Performance Of The Public Service, In Accordance With Article 4 Of The Decree On The Granting Of A Concession For The Implementation Of The Optional Economic Public Service Of The Maintenance Of Public Lighting In The Area Of ​​The Municipality Of Ankaran (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 2/2026; Hereinafter: The Decree). The Procedure Is Carried Out According To The Provisions Of The Decree, In Accordance With The Law Governing The Field Of Economic Public Services And With The Meaningful Application Of The Law Governing The Field Of Public Procurement, As An Open Procedure. The Client (Concessionaire) Will Conclude A Concession Contract With The Selected Provider (Concessionaire) Who Meets The Tender Conditions And Is The Most Favorable Provider According To The Criteria. The Public Tender Is Published For The Duration Of The Concession Relationship Of 8 Years, As Provided By The Decree, Whereby The Concession Contract Is First Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years And Can Then Be Extended For A Maximum Of The Duration Of The Concession Relationship, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Tender And Applicable Legislation. The Selected Provider Will Be Issued A Concession Act (Decision) For A Period Of 4 Years. The Concession Period Begins On The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Concession Contract. The Concessionaire Must Start Implementing The Concession No Later Than 30 Days After The Entry Into Force Of The Concession Contract.
