Storage And Warehousing Services – Pharmaceutical And Non-Pharmaceutical Logistics Services For Health Products And Materials As Part Of The Deployment Of The Various Response Plans To Health Threats In The Department Of Guadeloupe. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Define, As Part Of The Deployment Of The Various Response Plans To Health Threats For The Department Of Guadeloupe, The Provision Of The Following Services On Behalf Of Public Health France: - The Terms Of Reception, Storage, Conservation, And Preparation Of Orders For Health Products And Materials For Health Countermeasures Decided By The Ministry Of Health, - The Terms Of Distribution Of The Products To The Sites Defined By The Authorities, - The Terms Of Transport For The Recovery Of The Products Or Materials (Returns, Recalls Of Lot), - The Terms Of Coordination Between, On The One Hand, The Holder And On The Other Hand, Public Health France Or The Prefect Or The Ars With Territorial Jurisdiction. The Services Must Be Provided In Compliance With Good Practices For Wholesale Distribution Of Medicines Provided For In Article L.5121-5 Of The Public Health Code, Current Version, And In Compliance With Regulatory Texts Relating To Road Transport. The Contract Is Not Awarded Due To The Inseparable Nature Of The Services To Be Performed. The Market Takes The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement Which Is Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. It Is Concluded With Minimum And Maximum Commitments In The Number Of Pallet Spaces Reserved And Available At Ambient Temperature, Controlled Temperature 15°C-25°C And Positive Cold +2-+8°C As Indicated In The Rc, The Ccap And The Cctp Of The Market. The Contract Includes Possible Additional Optional Services (Pse) For Negative Cold Storage.
