The Subject Of The Order Entered Within The Framework Of The Dynamic Purchasing System Is The Provision Of Natural Gas Supply, Including The Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation And Provision Of Distribution Services For The Collection Points Of The General Prosecutors Office Of The Slovak Republic And 8 Regional Prosecutors Offices, Namely: Kp In Bratislava, Kp In Trnava, Kp In Trenčín, Kp In Nitra, Kp In Žilina, Kp In Banská Bystrica, Kp In Prešov And Kp In Košice. The Delivery Will Be Made To Individual Collection Points Of The Public Contracting Authority In Accordance With Act No. 251/2012 Coll. On Energy And Relevant Implementing Regulations. The Subject Of The Contract Mainly Includes: • Supply Of Natural Gas In The Agreed Quantity, • Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation For The Procurement Points Of The Public Contracting Authority, • Ensuring The Distribution Of Natural Gas To All The Collection Points, Including Ensuring Access To The Distribution Network, • Provision Of Related Services, Especially Customer Support, Regular Invoicing Of The Supply And Distribution Of Natural Gas, Provision Of Overviews, Reports And Electronic Communication.
